Leica M6 vs Leica M240 | Kodak Portra 800

I tried Kodak Portra 800 for the first time in my Leica M6. I thought it would be fun to compare this film stock with my newly acquired Leica M240 digital camera with 24 megapixels. Since both cameras use M mount lenses I used the same lens on both cameras which was the Voigtlander 50mm f/1.5 II MC Vintage. I really enjoyed this little comparison and was surprised at how different the images came out. I LOVE the look of Portra 800! I picked up a pro pack in 120 and plan to put it through my medium format cameras (Pentax 67, Fujifilm GW690iii and Yashica MAT-124G).

The last three images were made with the Leica M240 at ISO 2000.
